Breckenridge unveils new hotel and chalets for its final phase

Breckenridge’s final slopeside chapter is officially taking shape. Finale, the last master-planned community to rise at the base of Peak 8, has announced that the upcoming Imperial Hotel will join The Leading Hotels of the World — marking the brand’s entrance into Breckenridge and positioning the project among the world’s most distinguished independent luxury properties.

Set on the final developable land at Peak 8, the 36-key Imperial Hotel will become Breckenridge’s last true slopeside resort, with a partial debut slated for December 2027 and full completion targeted for winter 2029. As only the second LHW property in Colorado, the hotel immediately elevates the state’s alpine hospitality landscape — pairing direct mountain access with a highly curated, design-forward residential component.

Alongside the hotel, Phase I sales have officially launched for the Imperial Chalets — a limited collection of just 13 whole-ownership slopeside residences starting at $4.19 million. Ranging from two to five bedrooms and spanning 1,238 to 3,986 square feet, the multi-level chalets were envisioned by DTJ Design with interiors by Styleworks, offering Continental Divide views, refined alpine materials, and seamless integration into the hotel’s full-service ecosystem.

Imperial owners and guests will access more than 70,000 square feet of amenities — the largest offering of any community in the Mountain West — including ski valet service, expansive indoor and outdoor aquatics, private cinemas and lounges, state-of-the-art wellness facilities, and Sky Domes: outdoor geodesic gathering spaces designed for immersive alpine experiences.

At the center is Remedy Spa, a full-service sanctuary anchored by a thalassotherapy-inspired grotto featuring thermal circuits, Finnish sauna, salt caverns, hot and cold plunges, hydro-massage loungers, and dedicated recovery spaces.

The culinary program will anchor the social core of the property, led by Still on the Hill, an alpine steakhouse, alongside Toasted Oak, a lobby bar designed for elevated après gatherings, and Imperial Provisions, a gourmet market concept. Chalet owners will also enjoy private dining venues including The Legacy Room, Alchemy tasting kitchen, and The Vault, a speakeasy-style lounge with reserve lockers.

Beyond the hotel and chalets, the broader Finale masterplan includes Independence Townhomes, Victory Ridge homesites, single-family residences, and integrated employee housing — delivering one of the most comprehensive alpine communities ever built in Colorado.
